Beautiful Bungalow accepts Visa, Master card, Discover and Diners Club. We
also accept Paydirect.
Privacy is a big concern at beautiful bungalow, we promise to never share any
private information to any third party. Your name, address, phone number,
and credit information is encrypted as you enter it so it can only be viewed by
us. Our server is also protected, so there is no need to have any concerns
when shopping at beautifulbungalow.com
Customers who refuse to accept delivery of confirmed and shipped orders are
liable for a minimum 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges will not be
refunded. Non-returnable items in a refused order will not be accepted upon
return to Beautiful Bungalow.com. These orders will be sent back to the
customer un-opened.
Unhappy with your order? We accept returns on most items within 15 days of
purchase. Simply email us at customercare@beautifulbungalow.com
and we will email you a return authorization number. Write this number on
the shipping label to return. Please note, returns will not be accepted without
authorization number written on outside label. Custom items cannot be
returned. Please notify us as soon as possible is an item is broken or defective
so it can be replaced and returned to manufacturer.

Sales tax will only be added to orders shipped within the state of Texas. Texas
orders will be taxed at a rate of 8.25% concurrent with Texas sales tax rates.
Standard Delivery
If purchases are shipped from our Texas warehouse, they should go out within five
business days of receipt of the order. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by e-mail.
Note: Items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and items ordered
together may not arrive in the same box. Items shipped outside the contiguous 48 states
are delivered by Parcel Post at our regular shipping charges or may be express-shipped
for an additional charge as described below. Certain heavy or oversize items cannot be
shipped outside the contiguous 48 states. We regret that we cannot ship to foreign
countries. (Please note furniture and some other larger accessories will not follow
standard delivery, as well as items sent from our suppliers.)
Shipping carrier is will be best available for ground and air shipments.
Delivery Surcharges ($)
Because furniture, rugs and other large items are bulky and heavy, our cost to ship
them is higher than for other items. Therefore, these large items have a delivery
surcharge; this charge is listed in parentheses ($) after the item price and is in addition
to regular delivery charges, which are listed under Delivery Charges above. These
larger items will be shipped ground freight and will average 4-6 weeks for delivery.
